Q: How does the 30 Day Free Trial work?

A: Once you sign up, you will have instant access to several audio newsletters. You can listen online or download mp3 files for your private use. Take up to 30 days to decide if this is for you. If not, simply click the “Cancel” link in your member portal to unsubscribe.

Q: Can I Listen to Sample Tracks?

A: Absolutely! That’s what the whole free trial is about. But unless you're an avid audiophile, it’s going to take you a while to discover all of the different “moments” that will lead to your daily habit. That’s why we want you to take your time—a full 30 Days! Just start your FREE, no-risk trial and give it at least one hour of listening time. We don’t want to force you to stand in the bookstore aisle reading a paragraph or two… we want you to absorb an entire “book!”.

Q: Will I be able to listen to the Small BIZ CEOs audio newsletter on my favorite device?

A: Yes! Our Audio Newsletter is designed to work on all browsers and all devices, from PC to Mac to Android to iPhone and iPad. You can also download individual mp3 files for your private use on an iPod, smart phone, or other mp3 player.

Q: How much content do I get each month?

A: Audio Newsletters are posted on the 1st of each month. They contain an introduction, 10 tracks, and a conclusion. There is also a special track for Affiliates. Each Audio Newsletter typically contains 75 - 100 minutes of audio.

Q: Can I access the archives of previous Audio Newsletters?

A: Yes. You can easily access the three most recent Audio Newsletters from the home page (after Subscriber login). Once a track is four months old, it is kept as an individual post, searchable by typical blog-like Categories. For example, you can search for all tracks related to “cash flow”, or “strategy” from all previous Audio Newsletters.

Q: Can I share my audio newsletter with my team members?

A: Of course! As long as you are a Subcriber, we encourage you to listen to and discuss tracks with your team members.

Q: Why do you require a credit/debit card for the Free Trial?

A: There simply is no other way today to prevent SPAM. If you have any difficulty canceling your own account, or accidentally incur a charge, just contact us. We’ll be happy to refund your money that same day.

Q: How Do I Cancel My Account?

A: Like many other small business owners, we hope you remain a subscriber for years, but if for any reason our audio newsletter doesn’t work out for you, we make it easy to cancel your own account. Here are the steps:

1. Log in at smallbizceos.com.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on the link, “Products and Subscriptions”.
4. Click on the “Cancel” link.
5. Confirm by clicking “Okay”.
